　　康奈尔大学公共事务学院成立于1984年，1946年正式授予MPA学位。研究生只开设公共管理专业MPA学位，学制2年。学生可以根据个人情况设计学习计划。具体专业方向包括——

　　康奈尔公共事务学院全年实行滚动录取，招满即止。建议申请者在11月-1月间申请，1月底递交申请，2月中旬即可收到录取通知。申请该学院需通过研究生院在线申请。联系方式：607-255-4884。

　　申请材料

　　1.成绩单：大学或研究生阶段的所有成绩，中英文各一份，录取申请者需持第三方认证成绩单即可；

　　2.GRE：康奈尔大学考试编号2098，公共事务系编号：2204（CIPA：GMAT/LAST不能替代GRE分数）；

　　3.推荐信：2封；

　　4.个人简历：必须；

　　5.TOEFL：写作20,听力15，阅读20，口语22（康奈尔不接受IELTS分数）；

　　6.个人陈述：最多500字

　　8.面试：在线面试或面对面；

　　9.奖学金：申请奖学金成功几率80%；

　　注：由于今年申请人数较多，录取竞争压力较大；录取要求偏向全面化发展人才。康奈尔大学录取严谨。学校告诫申请者申请材料不要借助第三方的代写，一旦查明，后果自负（拒录）。康奈尔面向国际学生提供ESL语言培训课程，具体详见ESL 。 (3)

　　申请点评：

　　申请公共事务管理专业研究生项目，综排TOP50，最好TOEFL分数95以上，GMAT650分以上。当然越高越好。有些项目开设在商学院下，最好递交GMAT，也可接受GRE，有些开在公共关系学院下。一般来讲申请者最好TOEFL成绩在93-111，100分以下的同学，最好拥有政府实习经历，且具备论文若干篇。
