申请时间：

申请材料：

（1）3封推荐信：在线递交（yahoo/hotmail）；

（2）GRE：必须（编号：2159）或可用MCAT/LSAT/GMAT代替，GRE要求：语文157，数学152，写作4.8；

（3）TOEFL：考试编号：2159，总分100单项不低于25（不接受IELTS成绩）；

（4）个人陈述：内容不少于500字。Professional degree essays require a clear understanding of the public health field and how you hope to work within the field. Be sure to proofread your personal statement carefully for spelling and grammar.

（5）个人简历；

（6）大学成绩单：1)平均GPA:3.3；2)尽早递交成绩单；3)成绩单需WES公证

（7）论文写作：篇幅2000-3000字，不超过15页双倍行距即可，出版过的学术期刊皆可；

费用与奖学金

国际学生申请奖学金名额有限，因此，申请时需准备充足的资金证明，但可申请校内授予的奖学金及助学金以及国内授予的奖助学金（中国）
