俄克拉荷马大学研究生院（Graduate School）规定的基本申请条件如下：

• 正规大学四年制本科毕业并取得学士学位 
• GPA要求：不得低于3.0
• 语言要求：TOEFL要求不低于79分，IETS要求不低于6.5分，均无单项分数要求
• GRE/GMAT要求：Required
• 申请时间：俄克拉荷马大学分秋季、春季和夏季学期申请；秋季学期申请截止日期是4月1日，春季学期申请截止日期是9月1日，夏季学期申请截止日期是2月 1日。
