　　LLM分General program和specialized program两种。大多数学校只提供general program，选择general program的学生可以任意选课；少数学校，比如New York U提供corporate LLM，GTU提供Taxes program，international law等等。

　　LLM是一个一年的美国法律速成班，相当于硕士学位。全称是Master of Law。
